The Castle Churburg
The Castle Churburg, at Schluderns, is an medieval castle. It was build around the year 1250 by the will of the prince bishop Heinrich I. of Monfort.
Since 2006, beneath the castle, every year there are presented the "Medieval games" of South Tyrol. With them the people want to remember the golden age of the castle Churburg and the battle of Calva.
The castle can only be visited by booking a tour. It is opened from 20 March to 31 October. The opening hours are from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16.30. Monday is the day off, except public holidays.

The Abbey of Marienberg
Built in the 12th century, the Abbey of Marienberg, is located above Burgeis, at a height of 1340 m. You can visit the convent, the museum and the crypt. In this way you can immerse yourself in the daily life of the convent, see the cycle of frescoes (1175-1180) and admire the original works made during construction.

The Fortress of Nauders
The fortress of Nauders is a unique and very well preserved construction. It was built in the first half of the 19th century. The fortress includes more than 70 rooms. The most of it are built into the mountain. You can visit the military museum with its armory, the uniforms, the equipment and the permanent exhibition "The traffic to the Reschenpass" from the age of the Romans till today.
