Occupation of rooms

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupation from 2 p.m. If you cannot arrive before 7 p.m., please contact us. On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. There is no refund for meals not consumed. If you wish to bring your pet with you please infrom us in advance, 12,00€ daily (no food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

We support e-mobility! You can conveniently charge your electric car at the Hotel Ortlerspitz. There are 2 chargers available for all electric cars. However, we would like to point out that charging is not free of charge.

Tourist Tax
All prices and offers do not include the tourist tax.
The tourist Tax is € 2,90 per person and night. Children under 14 Years don't pay.

Failure to occupy the room - Cancellation

 The reservation will be confirmed once a deposit of 100 Euro has been paid. The deposit is a relative loss contribution, as is the processing fee and will not be refunded if the booking is not taken up. In the event of early departure or late arrival the 70 % of the entire period booked will be charged. When the deposit has been paid the booking becomes legally binding.

We offer you the possibility to cancel your holiday free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival. However, we also recommend to get a European travel insurance. You can take out this easily via the website of the South Tyrolean Hotel and Restaurant Association. Find out here which cases the insurance covers.

Legal principles

Italian law requires that only persons who are in possession of a valid identity car or passport, may be accomodated. For this reason we need you to show us your identity card on your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
